Service Level Agreement based support offering is an annual commitment between Klaoud and your organisation to provide you the support services as defined in the SLA with a dedicated remote team specialised on the cloud technology that you are using
The on demand option is based on tokens that you will purchase in advance based on the cloud software that you would like us to support you with. One token is the equivalent of one hour of work. You will be able define how many tokens you would like to spend for a request for support actions from from our expert team on the technologies that you have bought tokens and will evaluate if we can perform that task based on your budget.
You will be also transfer your tokens to other technologies in case you did change or wanted to expand our services to other cloud plateforms that you are using..
This option is to be triggered when you are left out with no other option than to call for our expert support. We would for that give you based on our evaluation of the issue of a resolution budget in tokens that you will have to approve for the work to start.
